COMMISSIONS
SIZE – minimum 9” x 12” and larger
PHOTO SUBMIT - ¾ view Side profile preferred but open to more angular images (head/neck/shoulders only) – can include hand.
PHOTO LIGHTING – To achieve the best result the image needs to be well lit. Strong darks and lights and essential to create depth so good shadowing is needed to form the face. and give depth and dimension to the piece.
COLOR – I work to adjust the image in Photoshop – you can reference any past work for a color palette but it depends in part on the original image.
MY TECHNIQUE – I am a mixed media portrait artist and use a combination of materials that are best suited to the specific portrait. There is a foundation of drawing and painting, but the finished piece is part drawing, painting, and surface textile application.
PAYMENT - To begin the commission a 50% deposit is required prior to starting. Once completed the total amount is required to be paid on delivery.
DELIVERY - Delivery cost is not included. I can organize a quotation and delivery if required
